The San Jose Chamber of Commerce is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Membership Development to lead the Chamber’s growth and engagement efforts across greater Silicon Valley’s vibrant business community.
As the Chamber unites business leaders, policymakers, and innovators to drive San Jose’s next chapter of economic growth, this role will:
Lead membership strategy, recruitment, and retention to rebuild and expand engagement across industries.
Partner with the President & CEO and Board of Directors to strengthen relationships with major investors, corporate partners, and small businesses.
Oversee a talented team focused on delivering exceptional member value and high-impact events.
Play a pivotal role in rebuilding membership and amplifying the Chamber’s voice as a trusted, unifying force for the region.
