As part of our ALL HALLOWS EVE crew your responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for maintaining guest flow and safety protocols while monitoring tours through the Winchester Mystery House, its’ outbuildings and gardens.
• Deliver scripted spiels and presentations to guests as part of a guided or self-guided experience.
• The Guest Service Host must acquire an understanding of the layout of the house and grounds regarding their specific host station.

• Provide for physical safety of guests, performing such activities as providing basic first aid, directing emergency evacuations and keeping up to date with all Covid19 guidelines.
• Must be able to do light housekeeping tasks unassisted. Cleaning tasks include sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, cleaning windows, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-traffic guest areas.
• Knowledge of the cleaning room, and the proper tools, equipment and chemicals used for each job.
• Ensure that the highest standards of presentation are implemented and maintained across the operation.
• Must adjust to changes in the estate offerings, information and tour routes.
• Other duties may be assigned including acting as a host for ancillary attractions, guest control and special events.

All positions are seasonal and will begin as early as August 16th running through November 5, 2021 with a $400 hiring bonus paid out at completion of the Halloween season.
