The African American Community Service Agency is offering fun, COVID safe, volunteer opportunities these upcoming months starting Wednesday, January 3rd through Thursday, February 25th! They welcome families, student groups/organizations, corporate volunteers, and individuals. Volunteer at the African American Community Service Agency (304 N 6th St San Jose, CA 95112) for their bi-weekly Cares program by helping unload and sort food. Join the African American Community Service Agency for a Senior Citizen’s Virtual Valentine’s House Party on Sunday, February 14th - from 6:00 - 7:30pm on Zoom! The evening will include a virtual DJ from the comfort of your home, COVID-19 information, fun, and educational information about physical, spiritual, and mental health will also be provided. Help the African American Community Service Agency continue to provide outstanding programing and assistance to the Santa Clara County community. General donations are used at the discretion of the AACSA to support various programs, resources and services for the community. AACSA CARES empowers the community by providing Emergency Food Baskets/Bags, toiletries, hygiene kits, feminine hygiene products, diapers, baby wipes, formula, activity kits, information and resources to keep everyone safe and well-informed.
