Darlene Wong is a Silicon Valley native, currently working as a Senior Staff Engineer at Palo Alto Networks. She is passionate about all aspects of software, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Darlene loves helping out in the tech community, from teaching young students in Girls Who Code clubs to organizing the local PyBay conference. She has also served as a math and English tutor for elementary school students in South Central Los Angeles and Chinatown Los Angeles. Darlene is excited to participate in Leadership San Jose. She looks forward to learning about the community and discovering new ways to get involved.
Darlene holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from UCLA. She enjoys dance, cooking, and travel.
