Susana has dedicated her personal and professional life to advancing women’s leadership and education. She is excited to partner with other thought leaders and community change agents in this year’s LSJ cohort.
As the vice principal for enrollment and public relations at Notre Dame, Susana serves on the administrative team and oversees the admissions and marketing departments.
During her 18 years at Notre Dame she has impacted the lives of thousands of young women as a religious studies teacher, director of campus ministry and director of enrollment management.
Susana proudly represented Santa Clara University, her alma mater, in the undergraduate admissions office before settling into her career at the secondary level. Her resume includes a “year abroad” working at a biotech startup and instructing teacher candidates at the University of San Francisco’s School of Education. She is currently an adjunct consultant for Catholic School Management.
Most importantly, Susana loves spending time with her sons and occasionally geeking out about movie fan theories.
