Alyssa is an attorney at Hopkins & Carley, ALC. She represents and advises clients on a broad range of business disputes including those relating to contracts, partnership and ownership, and real estate. Alyssa also represents clients in trust and probate litigation.
Alyssa has represented clients before state and federal courts both at trial and on appeal, and in arbitration before FINRA and the AAA. Alyssa received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S.Ed. from Northwestern University.
Alyssa grew up in the Midwest and practiced law in Chicago for 5 years before moving to California in 2016 with her husband, Kris Amy. She is excited for this opportunity to learn about her new surroundings and contribute both in a professional and personal capacity. Through this experience she hopes to connect with other local professionals and find ways to serve her new community.
