Financial Management
Proper financial management is crucial to survival, for the small to medium size business owner. During this informative session we will dive into the relationships among the three major financial statements:
- Balance sheet
- Income statement
- Cash flow
In addition we will interpret how business decisions affect the critical interrelationship among the statement components; determine which pivotal business operations are driving these financial statement movements; see how to read this information and how to prepare a cash flow statement.
Our presenter is Alejandro Serrudo, a business consultant with the Minority Business Enterprise Center. Alejandro has an MBA focused on finance and has consulted with a wide array of companies both in the US and internationally.
